Visiting Zoo Miami at night is a completely different animal!
Join us for a walk on the wild side! Our evening adventures take you on a guided tour and includes unique behind-the-scenes experiences with the zoo's nocturnal, night-loving animals. Each month's theme will visit a different area of the zoo.

Explore the excitement found right here in your own backyard, with exciting encounters with black bears and alligators! Everglades Escapade: Do you dare venture into the Amazon at night? Be on the lookout for jaguars, crocodiles, bats, and anteaters! Amazon Trek: The plains of the savanna are alive at night with lions, Asian elephants, and the curious tapir! Eat or Be Eaten: Africa is a big place - and it's home to some really big animals. Keep your eyes open for African elephants, black rhinoceros, pygmy hippopatamus, and the rare okapi! Gentle Giants:

Join us for Zoo Miami's annual campout in the heart of the zoo amidst the roars of lions! This annual tradition -- now 13 years strong! -- features two "Wild Night" tours of of our Florida Everglades & Amazon areas, a campfire with s'mores, and lots of fun time with your family.
Bring your tents and don't miss out! Camp setup begins at 6:00pm on Saturday evening and the adventure continues until 9:30am on Sunday. A light breakfast and a full day of zoo admission on Sunday is included.
Night programs proceed rain or shine! Please come prepared for all weather conditions. There are no refunds for inclement weather.
